I'm trying a post with no pictures, just some thoughts about Jacob.
Since his cousin Lizzy's wedding in February, Jacob now thinks all weddings involve playing pool; Susy took him to the basement of the club during the ceremony and stumbled upon an unused pool table.
He likes to eat cantaloupe, hard boiled eggs, toast with butter, butter, pasta with red sauce, ravioli with red sauce and chocolate in every form.
He can now ride his scooter and his tricycle up and down the street, by himself, very fast. This means, in effect, that he is mobile.
In September he will start pre-school at Greentowne in Philadelphia. Mama is nervous; he doesn't know yet.
End of notes to myself.

A good friend sent her son to Greentowne, and they both loved it. :-)
Thanks, Shani. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Silas can tell him all the great things about school, he loves it; especially all the Montessori materials. They can chat about the pink tower and grating your own nutmeg...
Excellent, Christine. Maybe Silas can prepare a list for us. I don't know details about the materials (yet), but I must say I am now more intrigued than ever.
